2009 Season: One of two players to appear in all 21 games in the 2009 season.  Solidified a starting spot in CF for the entire '09 season.  In 64 plate appearances, Christensen compiled a batting average of .240 while collecting 11 singles, 1 double, 8 runs and 6 RBI.  Christensen displayed great patience at the plate by drawing a team third-best 11 walks.  Christensen also displayed great range in the outfield and a sure glove which is exemplified by his '09 fielding percentage of .963.

2009 Season: One of two players from the '09 team to appear in all games.  Became an everyday starter, splitting time between LF and 2B.  In 67 plate appearances, Johnson compiled a batting average of .280 with 14 singles, 14 runs, and 7 RBI.  Johnson's 14 hits ranked 4th on the team, and 14 walks ranked 2nd on the team.  Johnson also proved to be a true team player by leading the team in sacrifices with 4.  Johnson's scrappy playing style proved to be effective as he only struck out 6 times in 50 official at-bats.


















KORY KOLLER #5

2009 Season: Koller appeared in 20 of the team's 21 games primarily at the catcher position and proved to be the heart and soul of the '09 Raider squad.  In Koller's 76 plate appearances, he collected 25 hits, 18 singles, 4 triples and 15 RBI, all of which were team high's.  Koller's 25 hits tabbed him a team second best .352 batting average and .535 slugging percentage.  Koller also swiped a team second best 6 bases.  Behind the dish Koller displayed an above average arm which allowed him to throw out a high percentage of the runners that dared to steal on him.  Koller's sure glove and quick feet also helped him obtain a high fielding percentage of .948.














DEREK KRUMREI #12

2009 Season: Krumrei appeared in 20 of the team's 21 games and started all 20 of those games at shortstop.  Krumrei proved to be an invaluable asset to the '09 squad both offensively and defensively.  Offensively, Krumrei collected a team best batting average of .407.  His 22 hits were second best on the team, 17 of which were singles (2nd on team), 3 of which were doubles (3rd on team), and 2 of which were triples (2nd on team).  His hitting helped him collected 12 RBI (3rd on team) and score 12 runs.  Defensively, Krumrei displayed arguably the strongest arm in the infield combined with pin point accuracy which allowed him to contribute consistently at the shortstop position throughout the season.

2009 Season: Larson appeared in 13 games as a hitter, and 7 games as the team's ace pitcher.  Larson's prescence on the mound proved to be huge for the success of the team as he collected a 5-2 record in his 7 starts.  Larson collected a very respectable 3.96 ERA in 40.2 innings of work and struckout a team high 28 opposing hitters.  Larson's great command on the mound earned him the team's lowest walks per game average of 1.72.  Opposing hitters struggled against Larson as is evidenced by the .265 opponent batting average Larson collected.  Offensively, Larson collected 4 hits, 1 walk and 2 RBI.














AUSTIN LENZEN #24

2009 Season: Lenzen appeared in 20 of the team's 21 games and proved to be a valuable asset to the team on the mound and at the plate.  On the mound, Lenzen made 4 appearances, all of which were starts.  In his 17.2 innings of work, Lenzen collected a 5.15 ERA and 13 strikeouts.  Although his 0-3 record does not look appealing, it is safe to say that Lenzen did a great job to put the team in a situation to win ball games, the offense just did not come through for him.  Offensively, Lenzen appeared at the plate 67 times and collected a team 3rd best 15 hits (9 singles, 4 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homerun).  His 15 hits helped him compile a team 4th best .288 batting average to go along with a team 4th best .462 slugging percentage.  Lenzen collected 11 runs and 13 RBI in his 52 at-bats in the '09 season.
